Meet Rosie! 💕

Rosie is a sweet, loyal girl who loves having her own person. She’s happiest when she feels connected to her human, and that one-on-one bond helps her feel safe and secure. She’s also a wonderful cuddler who is always happy to settle in for some affection after a good adventure.

Rosie is a medium-to-high energy terrier mix who loves to walk, play, and stay busy. In fact, she loves walking herself on the leash — and she looks incredibly proud of herself while doing it! She’s agile, fast, and eager to listen when you ask, making her a great candidate for an activity or dog sport where she can put her natural abilities to work.

Rosie is very food motivated, which makes training easier. She already has the desire to learn and is working hard on her manners, including learning that sometimes those terrier opinions can be expressed a little more quietly. 😉

Rosie absolutely loves toys and can happily entertain herself with a good collection of them. She especially enjoys playing with dogs her own size and will play for hours with a canine friend. Her new person should be ready to give her plenty of physical and mental outlets for her energy and drive.

Rosie would do best in a home without very small children. She loves to play and can still be a little mouthy when excited, but she is learning to be gentle. Underneath that energetic terrier personality is one of the sweetest and most loyal dogs you could hope to meet.
